Swanson Health Products Healthy Recipe Lemonade with Wild Blueberry Juice

Prepare a simple syrup by combining fructose and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture boils. Lower the heat and allow the syrup to simmer for another minute. Remove from heat and let cool. In a pitcher, combine the cooled syrup, blueberry juice and lemon juice. To serve, pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the lemon-blueberry base into an ice-filled glass and add either sparkling or still water. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries.

Makes base for 12 servings.
