Directions:
1. In a pot, combine orange juice, maple syrup and brown sugar and cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla and oil.
2. Combine oats, flaxseed, walnuts, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Mix this with the liquid ingredients. Add the cinnamon. Spread the mixture on a parchment lined lipped baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir the granola and return to bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes more. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes 20 servings. Serving size 1/4 cup.

Note: Make this recipe your own by throwing in some of your other favorite ingredients. You can add raisins, cranberries, and other dried fruits or nuts you love.
