Swanson Healthy Recipe Egg Salad with Raw Organic Cashews

In a large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients and add mayonnaise to moisten into a spreadable filling. Stuff egg salad filling in warmed or toasted pita bread with leaves of baby lettuce and thinly sliced fresh tomatoes. Serve with a side of fresh melon and berries.
