Puree spinach. Mix with Greek yogurt, finely chopped walnuts, chopped tarragon, dill and cilantro, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and a pinch of salt.

In a pinch? Substitute 1/2 – 1/3 teaspoon Swanson Certified Organic Cilantro for the fresh cilantro and 1/2 – 1/3 teaspoon Swanson Certified Organic Tarragon for the fresh tarragon.
