Preheat oven to 350° F. Cream together butter, coconut oil, fructose and molasses until very light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ powder and coconut.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, 1-1/2 to 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool a few seconds before removing.
Makes 24 servings. Serving size 1.0cookie.
