Preheat the oven to 350° F. Beat the eggs, melted coconut oil and honey until smooth. Add the mashed bananas and mix well. Mix the dry ingredients (wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves) together. Add to the wet mixture. Add the rolled oats, cacao nibs and coconut shreds and mix thoroughly. Drop cookies on non stick cookie sheet or baking stone and flatten with a fork. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
