Sweet Bubble Green Tea

Brew the tea according to its directions and set aside to cool. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon Lo Han Sweetener until it dissolves. Add tapioca. Cook for about 25 minutes or until the tapioca becomes transparent. Stir continuously the last 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and drain. Pour tapioca into a bowl and stir in 1 tablespoon of honey to keep tapioca from sticking together and to add a little sweetness. Refrigerate until chilled.

Pour tea, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon Lo Han Sweetener into a glass. Stir until the sweetener has dissolved and the milk is well mixed in. Add the ice cubes, and stir so the whole drink can get cold. Then add tapioca.

This drink can be turned into Bubble Black Tea or Bubble Chai if you use black or chai tea instead.
