Swanson Healthy Recipe Easy Apricot Bread

Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, and coat with granules of fructose. In a large bowl, combine the 9 dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the 5 liquid ingredients, and stir into the dry ingredients. Spread the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
