Salmon Cheese Ball

In a mixing bowl, beat cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, dill, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well blended.  Drain and flake salmon, then beat into cheese mixture until well blended.  Chill the mixture until it is firm enough to handle.  Shape it into a ball or log, then coat with parsley and walnuts.  Cover and chill thoroughly.

Serve with crackers or with Garlic and Herb Pita Chips!
