Mona Grudt rose to stardom in 1990 as the first-ever Miss Universe from Norway. Still considered one of the most beautiful Miss Universe winners of all time, Ms. Grudt has remained in the public eye as a model, actress, TV presenter and, most recently, a favorite contestant on Norway’s version of Dancing with the Stars. She is the editor of a popular Norwegian wedding magazine. In this exclusive Swanson interview, she shares her experience with the all-natural formula found in our new Hair Revitalizing Formula.

SWANSON: Mona, thank you for talking with us today. How did you come to be involved with this unique supplement?

MS. GRUDT: Thank you, Lee, for the opportunity to visit your company and to speak with your customers. I discovered this product while I was working a few years ago. I am still in the media, I still do some modeling, and—just like most women my age—I’m always looking for ways to keep my hair and my skin as beautiful as can be. When I discovered this supplement, I thought it was going to be my little secret. Mona’s beauty secret! But it didn’t quite turn out that way, because it’s become the best-selling hair formula in Norway and throughout Europe; and now everyone knows that I use it. But it’s ok, because it’s so much more than just a hair product. It’s great for my skin and my nails, and I’m happy to share it with the world.

Hair Revitalizing Formula

SWANSON: The product is called Hair Gain in Norway. Was your hair thinning?

MS. GRUDT: No, my hair wasn’t really thinning; but I’ve always had very fine hair. I’ve never felt that it had the fullness that I wanted. And as I grew older, it seemed that my hair just lost it’s glow. This supplement seemed to almost wake it up again. My hair appeared to be shinier, healthier and fuller. Really, I began using the product because when you model and do television, you have people fixing your hair, using lots of styling products that damage the hair. It tends to get frizzy, and you can actually lose hair because of this. With this product, my hair is stronger; it can withstand the abuse.

SWANSON: How long have you been using the product? Are there other benefits you’ve noticed?

MS. GRUDT: I’ve been using this supplement for three years now and yes, there’s one side benefit that I’m totally excited about. In the same way that my hair has become stronger, my nails too have become stronger than ever. People think that I have fake nails because they’re so long and healthy, but these are my real nails! Before, I did wear fake nails because I could never get my nails to stay long without breaking or chipping. Now, they are perfect; they never break. I love this effect.

SWANSON: As a spokesperson for Hair Gain in Norway, you are paid to do commercial endorsements. Is this how you became a user, or were you using the product first?

MS. GRUDT: I came upon the product on my own and because I am a well-recognized personality in Norway, I was approached by the makers of the product after they heard that I had been using it myself. Whenever I am approached to endorse anything, my number one criteria is that it is something I truly believe in. If I’m not convinced that those who follow my advice will be satisfied, I can’t speak for a product. I don’t want people coming up to me and saying, “Well, you recommend this and it’s not a good product.” I absolutely love this supplement, and I know your Swanson customers are going to love it, too.
