EffectiveProduct& Good Value
Been using this products for years and it works great. I throw it into my protein shakes but also take it straight up. Like the fact that this is a veggie formula and the taste is not too bad. Per serving size, this is well priced compared to other veggie based EFA products. Using a Swanson discount code, I got this at a great price.

Good value and great quality
I am very pleased with this product. It comes fresh, the oils don't smell or taste rancid. I only wish the bigger size was also available.

A caution for users of this product
After finishing my first bottle, I discovered all the lignans had caked and hardened at the bottom. If you want to use this product, be prepared to stick something in the bottle and stir. Simple shaking of the bottle may not disperse the lignans. (This stuff is very viscous) Flax lignans are available in dry form, much easier to handle. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Favorite EFA
I've tried several EFA products and found this the best. I've been taking it and similar products for over a year. One advantage of Health from the Sun Total EFA is taste. A competitor adds lime juice. Both products are good, but I like the taste of this product better. Plus, the 16 oz size gives a better price point. My skin is now much smoother than when I started. I combine this with other treatments, but the EFA makes the most difference over time. Give it two months (2 bottles).

Excellent product
I read about this product in a book and tried it about 6 months ago. Since then, my skin, nails and hair have improved drastically. My nails were the longest they had ever been and my skin looked radiant. Unfortunately I ran out and put off buying more for several months and what a difference; nails breaking, skin looks awful. This time I am ordering 3 bottles. Had to buy one at my local health food store and it is twice the price for the same size bottle. Swansons prices are GREAT!
