Have Used This Brand For Years This salt isn't available at all grocery stores. I've used this salt in most of my cooking and baking for many years now. I prefer the iodized kind for thyroid support. I am very satisfied. October 30, 2014
Awesome! I'm on my third container of this. Sea Salt is the best! It enhances flavors perfectly. And the best part about this product is that it's iodized. It doesn't take much, either. This sea salt goes a long way! Great for the price! :) October 19, 2014
So disappointed... warning! I am usually very pleased with Hain products. So when I was looking for a natural salt with iodine, I figured this would be an "natural" salt. I've been using a delicious pink himalayan salt, but it had no iodine. I've been on a very low carb diet for 6 years, and realized I wasn't getting enough iodine, so bought this one from Hain. It contains (along with the anti caking silicates) DEXTROSE. Come on Hain. My pink salt tastes great; I've had gray sea salt that was great. Neither needed dextrose to improve flavor. I didn't throw it out; rather, I saved it to add to the water I use to make hard boiled eggs, since that helps the shells not to stick when peeling. I guess what is upsetting is that it's billed as a "natural" and pure food. Not true. Not at all. October 5, 2014
Salt from the sea My decision to use this product comes mainly from the reputation of the company... it is a quality company. The label does not indicate the breakdown of the different mineral salts which I would like or the origin of the product but it tastes great on foods and I'm trusting the brand. February 24, 2014
Hain Sea Salt I prefer to use sea salt, it is hard to find iodized sea salt at the stores. I was really happy to find it here and the price was reasonable. March 31, 2013
