AMAZINGLY AUTHENTIC
I stir 1 tsp of this Amazingly Authentic Carrot Juice powder into my Super Vege Cocktail each morning with which I wash down my morning batch of supplement capsules and tablets. Mixes instantly and tastes great - - - just like fresh squeezed carrot juice. No muss; no fuss. This is a wonderful product. My other Super Vege Cocktail ingredients, all purchased from Swanson, are a tsp of each of the following: Green Foods Beet Juice powder, Bee Pollen (either the Swanson brand granules or the fermented powder from YS Organic Bee Farms), Vitamin C powder, and a "Green Powder," which I switch around among NOW brand Wheat Grass Juice powder, Jarrow Yaeyama Chlorella, and Nutrex Hawaiian or NOW brand Spirulina. All really good. I have a juicer, but using these powders is so convenient!! Try this Amazing Carrot Juice powder. You can mix up a glass of "fresh" carrot juice whenever you want one, and there is no spoiling, as there is with fresh squeezed liquid carrot juice that you either make or buy.

Great Pick Me Up
Provides good boost of energy. Best taken with room temperature liquids to avoid clumps.

Good substitution for fresh juice
It's a lot of work and more importantly time to make fresh juice. So convenient to just thrw in a few spoonfuls for a healthy juice alternative.
