Not the same...
The company, packaging and ingredients have changed. I was particularly disappointed to read the second ingredient as being unidentified artificial flavoring. While the bold, spicy taste is much the same it is a genuine disappointment not to have the same integrity of ingredients and clever quotes on the tea bag. I was previously able to buy this from a local farmer's market in Canada or Trader Joes in the US - both discontinued the product. I expect their rationale was likewise due to product changes.

Good Earth Sweet and Spicy Artificial Flavor
Good Earth has ruined a great product. The caffeine free Sweet and Spicy tea, made only with "natural flavors," is still delicious. Too bad it no longer has those cute quotes on the tea bag holder and the yellow design was so much classier than the purple. But, the caffeine free Sweet and Spicy made with "natural and artificial flavors" is inedible! Box types of tea boxes look the same. The way to tell the difference is that the 25-piece box is the good one. The 18 piece box is typically the inedible "natural and artificial flavors." Fortunately, Swanson will take back the unopened boxes of inedible "natural and artificial flavors."

Yummy, spicy tea
This tea is harder to find in my retail community, so I was excited to find it at Swanson's. If you like a full-flavored sweet, spicy tea, this one is for you. I was so glad to find it and at a good value.

Love this tea!
I love this tea. Have been buying it for years, both the caffeinated and non caffeinated. Didn't know swanson carried it.
I first tried it years ago at the original Good Earth restaurant in California. I always remembered it. It was that good. Then I saw the Good Earth brand being sold in stores and thought it could possibly be the same one I had years ago. Sure enough it was. Its unusual and hard to describe but a fabulous taste (at least to me). Saw it listed and thought I'd share my experience with it.
