Not worth it So, I toted these around to take with 3meals. The info is sparse on their website although some folks took more than on bottle so I boosted to 2 near the end. I wasn't hard core dieting, just off carbs and sugar and didn't lose more weight than without these. Disappointed and feel producer should state more about it and how to use it. March 27, 2013
