my favorite brand
Of all the coconut oils that I have tried, garden of life is my favorite in terms of flavor, as well as, in regards to my research on processing methods, I believe it to be superior nutrionally.

This is the only coconut oil that I use....the taste is simply delicious...also the only oil that I use to fry anything....a great price

Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
I was not as impressed with the Garden of Life brand coconut oil as i was with Swanson's own brand. Swanson's had a better smell and taste than Garden of life, but i did like the bigger size.

one of the best
coconut oil has such a variety of uses. i prefer the garden of life version due to its subtle, smooth flavor and texture, to go along with a mild scent. it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic, and this 32 oz size comes in handy since i go through coconut oil rather quickly

the applications for coconut oil are seemingly endless. i like the garden of life version as it has a smooth, subtle flavor, and mild scent. the fact that it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic also is a plus.

Good Stuff
This is excellent quality coconut oil. I found that the ones in plastic have a strange taste. This being packaged in glass there is no strange taste. I use the oil in cooking and on my skin. This is a great quality oil for either application.

GOL Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who is interesting in good health. Very versicle. Delicious for cooking and can be used on your skin as well.

Pure, delicious and healthful oil. I add this to my smoothies and cook my eggs in it. Yummy! A little pricey, but very good product.

Best Popcorn oil
Besides all the health benefits coconut oil makes the best popcorn and baked goods.
I always use it to soothe skin after I have been out in the sun a lot, especially nice after the beach.
This cocnut oil is one of the best I have used.
