very helpful A few weeks after having my baby, I wanted to build my milk supply for when i return to work. These did wonders.when I pumped before, I'd get an ounce each side. a few days later, supply went up quite a bit. I might stop taking them to see how there really affect my supply. March 28, 2012
I am truly amazed... I was very skeptical about this supplement but decided to give it a shot since I didn’t feel like my milk was coming in like it should. This stuff is great! Within a few hours of taking this I notice I have more milk and actually have to pump on days when I use this supplement than on days when I do not. I will make sure my lactating friends know about this. Of course I still have to eat right, drink lots of water and get my rest but this is a great help, too. January 3, 2011
Amazing for my wife & Baby My wife delivered our little girl by C-Section and we used this supplement to bring her milk in. After taking it for 10 days, my wife is at or over 3.5oz per pumping and has been using both pump and baby to stimulate let down, in addition to this supplement. With a good rest and healthy diet, it's kept my 9lb baby girl satisfied thus far. We're so greatful to have a great supplement at such a great price.
