Easily digestible silica
I have tried different brands of silica and the Flora Silica is the easiest on your stomach. I would definitely continue to purchase this product even though it is more expensive than the other brands.

Excellent with patience
I was initially not convinced but upon rereading an article written by Dr Kervran, I added Ester-C or just vitamin C to help with the absorption factor and after 4 months of consistent use I must say I am thriller with the results. My hair and nails thank you. :)))

Fabulous with patience***
I have used this product for about 7 or 8 years...and wouldn't EVER want to be without it...I was admiring someone's hair...and was told..you should have SEEN it before...she took Vegetal.Silica. I had very nice long hair, but it didn't grow past a certain point.... It took "several" months to start to see results..My hair grows very fast now...I also use 1000 MGS MSM with it..it was recommended to me for hair and nails plus joint relief and yesiree it is Fab...together..My nails are great...I ran out of it..and tried a different product and was very displeased...So I say Patience...highly recommend........

Disappointed in Product
After using Vegetel Silica, 3 tablets a day, for 4 months, I still have a problem with my nails. They are brittle and continue to have vertical ridges in them. My hair may be a little healthier, but my nails are my main concern.

Not impressed
I have been taking this product for 3 months and I take 3 pills a day. My hair is still the same and I expected good results for spending $35!! I want thicker healthier hair and its still just as thin and falling out..
