This product worked wonders on my haemoglobin. It is pleasant to drink and recommend it whole heartedly . You will see the difference in one month.

Works Slowly But Effectively
This product was prescribed for me by a holistic MD for my below normal iron. I also had B12 and Vit D deficiencies. It works well. It takes a while (took me 1 year) to build up the iron to normal, but it’s effective, and safe for even pregnant women. It has to be refrigerated, so hard to travel with. I personally hate the iron taste. They’ve tried to mask it, but I still hate the taste. The bottle cap will get caught on the measuring cap if you put it back on the bottle top after opening (another exasperating thing I found). It's expensive, but despite its flaws, it's the most effective stuff I've found, so I'll definitely keep using it.

Great vegan B vitamin and iron supplement!
i have been taking this wonderful supplement for years. It is chock full of B-vitamins and iron.
I like that it is a liquid; it seems that a liquid is more readily absorbed than a tablet.
It is very easy to digest and it doesn't have an awful taste the way some iron supplements do.
This formula, because it is vegan, isn't binding.
I'm laughing at myself as I write this, but people should know that' a problem with a lot of other iron supplements.

great value
Love this product. Great way to get my vitamins without having to swallow pills. LOVE the glass packaging and the metal cap but NOT the PLASTIC cover and measuring cup.

I love this product... My sister insisted that I try it and I couldn't believe how much better I felt... It gives you energy almost immediately... Definitely has improved the quality of my life and definitely worth the price...

Best Iron I have found!
This iron doesn't compare to taking iron in a pill form, it is far superior. Because it is in a "food form" the iron immediately enters the system and starts working. I have taken pills and feel NO differerence and this iron makes me feel so much better in just a day or two it has given me the energy that I have needed for years. I HIGHLY recommend it!! :) It has made a HUGE difference in my life! Also the price here is about $13.00 less than my local health food store.
