Helpful!! Digest Spectrum is very helpful for gluten and diary allergies. When I am eating out and not sure about cross contamination or if dairy is included in the dish, I will take 1-2 of the DS. It helps mitigate symptoms. My kids and husband also take these. We are all Gluten Intolerant and Dairy Intolerant. Very helpful. Wish they were a less expensive, but overall reasonable. Best digestive enzymes I have a lot of food sensitivities and this supplement helps me tolerate foods I'm not supposed to consume to some degree. I am type A blood if you are following the blood type diet. I guess it works if you have food insensitivities and are also type A blood. April 6, 2013

good enzyme seems like a good enough product. i got it for my son, and it seems to be a little too potent for him in my opinion. Gonna try something that just focuses on gluten instead of this one covering several things in addition to gluten. March 19, 2012
