not up to standard seemed like a good idea at the time. it does somewhat help with the colon; however I was looking for a deeper cleanse not a daily maintenance. towards the end of the bottle, I noticed that I was not getting the effect that I needed. It seems to be a more gentle cleanser and as I mentioned, I needed a more intensive cleanser at the time. may use it as a daily maintenance. am still looking for an intensive cleanser for the autumn.
