Not sure I use these in conjunction with Swanson's brand so it's difficult to say which one is most helpful. I was told by a friend who's a nurse that her naturopath recommended these as they're supposedly the only probiotics that make it all the way down into the colon. May 13, 2013
great purchase Take these every day now that I know enteric goes thru the digestive enzymes in the tummy and go to work in the intestines. Dairy intolerant - so I can't eat yogurt. March 14, 2013
