Ingredient: Organic Yellow Millet Panicum miliaceum
Versatile as a main dish, in soups, salads, burgers, hot cereal, or added to any baked good or breads.
To Prepare: Wash in cold water and place 1 cup millet in a pan with 3 cups water. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Fluff to cool for salads. Serves 4.
