Eden Kombu is a traditional Asian food used to liven up soup, stocks and broth. Kombu is a wide leaf, deep growing sea vegetable that grows in the waters off of northern Japan, Eden Kombu is hand harvested and sun dried. Only the most tender, central part of the leaf is used because of its mild flavor and pleasing texture. There are many uses for this sea vegetable. Stew it with vegetables, pickle or deep-fry it. Roast and then grind kombu to a fine powder for a low-sodium table condiment.

Kombu Sea Vegetable 3 5 2 2
Kombu is my favorite seaweed. Each kind of seaweed has a unique taste. Kombu is a deep, soulful seaweed, and improves the taste of any cooked food - I use seaweed instead of salt in a recipe. This is a great brand, too. May 2, 2012
Expensive Packing Peanuts These were basically cornstarch IIRC. They tasted awful and I ended up throwing them away...and I'm not even picky. July 28, 2011
