Kamut Spirals, Organic 100% Whole Grain
Sometimes instead of having a bowl of my Aztec Chili straight up, I like it over pasta. It is very good over these Kamut Spirals. There are a lot of so called whole grain pastas everywhere these days. Some are better than others. Eden Foods can be counted on to bring the goods.
These Organic Whole Grain Kamut Spirals fill the bill for most any pasta needs. Just cook your usual way, and serve with sauce, or EVOO / Garlic / Oregano / Coarse Fresh Ground Black Pepper, in salads and soups, in tuna or salmon salads, etc., etc., etc.. I think you will find these Eden Foods Organic 100% Whole Grain Kamut Spirals will work wonderfully well without worry.
By-the-by, you will find my multiple-award-winning Aztec Chili recipe right here on Swanson's wonderful website in their recipe archives.

Excellent Pasta value
Eden Organic Kamut Spirals are very high quality. They are a great choice if you need an alternative to wheat pasta, they cook up perfect every time and even fussy eaters like it. They work in both hot and cold dishes equally well.

I was a little skeptical on this given it's whole grain. I expected it to be like cardboard. Pleasantly surprised that it wasn't....tastes very good plain, even my picky son came back for seconds!

Definitely product of high quality, I love that its made with one of the most ancient not hybridized whole grains, and it has less gluten then whole wheat and regular pasta.

Organic is GOOD for you!
I eat mostly raw fruits & veggies, but even I like a hot meal every now & then. This is good with Newmans organic spaghettie sauce. Quick & easy, and it tastes good too

Tastes as good if not better than the "bad" refined pastas.
Similar texture: much better than the whole wheat pastas in the store.
Easy to cook: no major modifications needed to still achieve al dente.
High Fiber! Good Value!

Who needs refined, white pasta?
Why eat refined, white pasta when there's this stuff? It cooks up in about 10 minutes, and the texture is fantastic. Not rubbery like some whole wheat pastas. It also adheres to sauce really well. My husband who was raised on Master Bread even eats it (and likes it)! Between this one and the vegetable spirals, we get several healthy servings of grain a week!
