Good stuff
Swanson description states it's certified organic, but I can't find the organic seal on the label. But I use this applesauce in smoothies and baking and I really like it. I hope it is organic as non organic apples are high in pesticides.

Feel good food.
Love the fact that Swanson carries many organic foods at great prices (and I take advantage of it). Though feel guilty ordering jars and cans that I can hardly lift myself as it arrives at my door. And, sent with minimal shipping charges! That's true customer care and dedication to encouraging good health! A just right treat that's not too sweet.

Good Taste - if you want it sweet add a little Stevia and organic cinnamon.

Good applesauce
I was tired of cutting up apples and cooking them to make applesauce for my husband, so I ordered this applesauce for him. He stated that it isn't as good as what I made, but it is much better than what I bought at the store. I will continue to get it for him.

I found the apple sauce way too watery. I prefer my apple sauce with less juice. The taste was a little tart.

Best Apple Sauce around
When we didn't have any Eden Foods Organic Apple Sauce, I purchased other brands. I know, ooops! but we are now apple sauce connoisseurs.
Other brands can be too watery/runny. Or even too thick.
By far, Eden's is not too watery, not too thick, but JUST RIGHT!

Keep on hand
Hubby loves this applesauce, especially with cinnamon, and we can't hardly keep enough of it on hand. Well wrapped for shipping and have never received a broken one. Good value.

Great anytime, but a Winter necessity
Organic apples in winter are hard to come by and tend to be "old"/mushy/uncrisp, so I use Eden applesauce for nutrition and taste. The price is quite discounted from store prices, and the Swanson shipping is still $4.95. Great value any time of year, but especially during the winter.
