Very good for heavy menstrual cycles As I'm now 40, for the past year my menstrual cycles have become quite heavy in the first day or two. I began taking this about six months ago and it has helped tremendously! I start taking it about 3-4 days before I am to start my period and it helps decrease the flow. January 18, 2012
