Quick Shake
I have used the Advantedge shakes at work for the last few years to keep me from running through the drive thru or getting some chips out of the machine. They fill me up and like that I dont have to bring everything to work to mix up.

It's all about control!
I like this product most for my "snacks" during the day because it is low in fat and low in carbs and keeps me mostly satisfied until my next meal. Like many Americans, I love my carbohydrates and my intake of them is probably still too high even on the Body for Life diet, so I feel like these really help me keep my carbohydrate-to-protein ratio in balance. They're lower in fat than any of the other drinks, also, which is a major factor in my weight loss. Finally, they taste a lot better than the powder drinks that you make yourself in the blender. Overall a great product. Highly recommended for those who struggle with losing the weight and those wanting to build lean muscles (just like it says on the packaging)!

Great for a quick lunch or snack
The AvantEDGE carb control drink really helps me to stay focused on my diet on the days I'm pressed for time or craving something I shouldn't be eating. It makes a great quick lunch or snack, and I always make sure to keep a supply in my desk drawer.

Love this drink!
My favorite are the Vanilla and Strawberrry flavors. I drink them pre and post workout and sometimes when I need a something quick to eat/drink as a snack. These drinks have helped be lose weight and maintain it. I exercise almost daily: jogging, cardio classes, spinning, and some weight training. These are a delicious way of keeping me on track!

Dieting
This product is amazing. It's great for a quick breakfast after working out. I drink it off-the-shelf, or out of the ice-box. It has helped me lose a ton of weight, and then has helped me maintain my weight. It's great as a meal and my kittie also likes a sip too. The amount of energy this drink provides is so AWESOME.

Easy to drink Protein Shake
First off, i am the typical guy that is always on the run and don't have time to make a protein shake. This ready-to-drink EAS protein shake is great for people that is always on the go. It is packed with the right amount of protein and vitamins. It is carb conscious and has different amazing flavors. It definitely my go to shake for pre and post workout. It is great as a snack as well.

Strawberry best one on the market
I love the strawberry flavor. This is my go-to quick protein drink. Gives me a boost of energy and keeps me full during workouts. They also have this product in distribution at many outlets so its easy to find. (grocery, mass, drug)

Advantedge Carb Control ready-to-drink - Chocolate Fudge
I have been drinking Advantedge Carb Control for a little over 3 months now. I work nights, so it's good in the morning after a quick workout. This means I'm not eating a heavy breakfast and I can drink the shake and get good sleep and not feel like I'm starving. I have lost a lot of inches by skipping those big breakfast meals. I believe that it has really made a difference in the way that I feel and the way that my body looks.

Great tasting low carb protein drink!
The Café Caramel Advantedge is my favorite protein drink. They are perfect after a workout. I watch my sugar intake and I love that they are low carb and have only 110 calories per drink! The consistancy of the drink is light and refreshing. Café Caramel lets me feel like I'm indulging in a rich iced coffee drink without caffine and extra calories. I can't go a day without one.
