this is effective I have been using this product for about a month and I have lost ten pounds. I have been exercising like I normally do and eating well. The scale finally started moving after I started on this product. It does not have bad fillers and the active ingredients are also really good. It seems to be an effective combination. i do believe it is the factor in my finally losing some weight. I also like that it doesn't give you any kind of buzz, because the comedown from caffeine causes cortisol to be released and I've noticed with other caffeine weight loss pills that they just never worked and I always felt jacked up.
