Lavender Castile Soap with Organic Shea Butter
No Lavender Smell
OK maybe i am just too used to my lavender essential oil smell, but this doesn't smell like lavender at all to me , just smells like soap. (another popular brand castile soap has a much truer scent) This is slightly more moisturizing b/c of the shea butter. I add my essential oil to it, but I probably wont buy again. The price is better though...

Relaxing and pleasant soap
I keep two containers of this soap in the bathroom - one is for use in the shower, the other is what I use to refill the soap dispenser on the sink. It smells heavenly and cleans well.

Lavender Castile Soap
I've never used Castile Soap before and was surprised by the strong smell, which I didn't care for. To minimize the odor I added several drops of Essential Lavender oil and it really helped. Also I don't think it has enough skin softening ingredients.

Good for body but not hair.
I love lavender so the smell was excellent and was great in a bath or to use as a soap. I tried using in my hair but left my hair limp and greasy.

Will not dry out skin because of shea butter.

I'm practically a lavender addict, when it comes to soaps, lotions, and shampoos. I find it irritating to buy something that can't be opened in the store, only to find it hardly smells like lavender at all! I certainly got my money's worth with this product. I love the way I feel after a shower; it's gentle and I smell great afterwards, without being overpoweringly perfumed. I highly recommend it.
