Dr. Shyam Singha, well-known master acupuncturist, osteopath, naturopath and Ayurvedic physician, used this aromatic and alkaline bath formula clinically in England for 40 years with excellent results. Traditionally, mustard is renowned for its cleansing and rejuvenating qualities. The warmth of the mustard assists in opening the pores of your skin, helping you to sweat out impurities.

Ingredients: Sodium Carbonate, Certified Organic Powered Mustard Seed, Pure Grade Essential Oils of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Thyme & Gum Benzoin.

Foot Bath—Dissolve 1 large Tbl. spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak.

Full Bath—Add 2 oz to a hot bath (keep it hot). Relax in the water for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, keep warm and relax for best results.

External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of children's reach. Do not use if hot baths are inadvisable. In the unlikely event that discomfort occurs, consult your health practitioner.

Highly recommend After using this for many years, now when I use it I really feel my lymphatic system start moving. This is great for me because I don't have access to a sauna or steam room for detoxing. It is a great alternative for those who dont have time or access to such things. It is also a nice scent. I find it super relaxing to play relaxing music, light candles and use dr. Singhas. Like a personal spa treatment. January 2, 2013
Aaaahhhh! I have enjoyed my mustard baths. My skin feels great and I appreciate that it doesn't "gunk" up the tub. The fragrance is pleasant and if I have only one complaint, it is that it's hard to get the scoop out initially. : ) November 29, 2012
