Would not reorder
I purchased two bottles of Mercola Krill Oil both bottles had leaking capsules in them. Would not recommend for this reason.

Melted
I have ordered many bottles of this Krill Oil over the years and have had few problems. Lately though, I find Mercola's standards have slipped. I received the Krill oil totally intace but within a couple of months they had started to melt. Mercola replaced them no charge. Their service is great that way. As well, I have ordered the Vitamin D spray and have had to had it reshipped 3 times because the bottles were leaking, bottoms falling off etc.

Fully Satisfied
I'm very happy with this product. It may be more expensive than other krill products out there but I know that I'm getting my money's worth and what's stated in the product descriptions is what's in the product. Because supplements don't have to be approved by the FDA, you never know what's in the product you are buying unless you are sure that the company you are buying from is reputable.
As for the person whose order arrived melted, you should not automatically blame the company. Your order could have been subjected to severe conditions such as hot weather, etc.

Good Krill Oil Product
I am satisfied that I am using a quality product after reading about krill oil, and after watching Dr. Mercola's video about this product.
Hint - When possible I try to order items like Co Q 10 gel caps and krill products when the weather is mild, or cooler to prevent the product from sticking together in the bottle.
Extreme heat and the heat the products are exposed to in the summer in the back of a delivery truck, or the heat from sun shining directly onto the box while it sits on your front porch is what can cause the products to clump together.

Poor manufacture
Unfortunately I order three bottles of this more expensive product than the Krill oil which I used to order, not only is more expensive, but, it does not give anything more than the other Krill oil for 11.99,
the product came in a very poor plastic thin bag, one bottle was completely wasted, all the capsules inside were melted, the second bottle was half melted, I did manage to save that bottle, only one was ok, with only one melted capsules..
for the price, it is not worth it...
