Happy gut after meals!
I've tried a number of digestive enzymes, and these seem to work the best for me. I like that I only have to take one to get good results, as opposed to 2 or 3 of others I have used. This makes them very cost effective. And, when you take a lot of supplements, you appreciate less pills! :)

Digestive Enzymes with SBO
I wanted a well rounded Enzyme product and these have a good mix, including Bacillus subtilis, one of the most commonly supplemented SBO's. This is the only supplement I have taken with an SBO. I eat lots of fermented foods and high enzyme foods in my diet. These seem to work just fine.
If you have any concerns about SBO's (read up on them - there is a controversy), you might prefer another brand. Good health.

Great product
I really like the Dr's Best Food Enzymes. I use them with every meal, and they work. I don't have the stomach stress I had before I started taking them.

I have been using this product for years and I believe it helps me digest my meals better which is important as you get older.
