Yes!! This is great! you can leave it in longer that regular or super tampons, its medical grade silicon so its not going to release bad chemicals into your body like regular tampons, its better for the enviroment (all those pads and tampons build up) and great for you WALLET my favorite part :) It can last up to 10 yrs Make sure your rinse/wash in hot water everytime you dump, you can keep it in for along time I'd say take it out 2-3 times a day depending on flow.
