Get your face squeaky-clean with Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Original Face Wash. Ideal for oily and combination skin, it features Eco-Harvest Tea Tree Oil and awapuhi. This gentle and unique  formula leaves skin thoroughly clean, oil-free and feeling like silk. Extracts of goldenseal, Hawaiian white ginger (awapuhi) and essential oil and extract of chamomile soothe skin. Bladderwrack nourishes the skin to leave it looking vibrantly healthy. Regular use ever so gently helps improve the texture, clarity and radiance of your skin. Vegetarian/vegan. Gluten free. Biodegradable. Renewable sources. Cruelty free. No animal derived ingredients or animal testing. No parabens, artificial fragrances/dyes, petroleum compounds (including mineral oil, petrolatum and paraffin), SLS, PEGS, PPG, MEA, DEA, TEA, glycols or phthalates.

INGREDIENTS (INCI): Castile Soap (Water (Aqua), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Tall Oil, Potassium Hydroxide), Glycerin, Eco-Harvest® Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Hydrastis Canadensis (Goldenseal) Root Extract, Hedychium Coronarium Root Extract (Awapuhi), Fucus Vesiculosus Extract (Bladderwrack), Cymbopogon Martini Oil (Palmarosa), Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Oil, Callitris Introtropica Wood Oil (Blue Cypress).

DIRECTIONS: Moisten face with warm water and gently massage a small amount of cleanser in circular motions onto cheeks, chin, forehead and neck, avoiding eye area. Continue for approximately one minute then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Follow this procedure twice daily. AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Contact a physician if symptoms persist. Test a small amount against clean skin on forearm 24 hours prior to use.

Best Facial Cleanser I started using cruely-free products recently and wanted to get a mild cleanser for combination skin. I bought the Desert Essence and am very happy with the results. I was using an expensive dept store brand cleanser that was fragrance-free. But the Desert Essence has a light smell that doesn't bother me. It rinses well. It's very gentle and the price is great.Love the refill. You need to use a foam soap dispenser. March 18, 2013
