Great for baking This organic flour is great for baking. Now I know what's going in my bread. The only problem is the packaging. My first 2 shipments arrrived in the green resealable ziplock bags. Fantastic. However the third shipment used different white bags which could not be resealed. Same great product. May 17, 2013

Great flour I make my own dough about three times a week, as well as make Italian biscuits a couple of times a week. I usually use King Arthur flour, which is very good flour, but I find this Dakota flour to be a little better, and at about the same price as K.A., plus this is organic. So what's not to like? BEST flour available as a bread baker i think this is the best flour on the market, and i've tried them all. high protein and a goodly amount of fiber, my bread is very tasty and high-rising. i combine this flour with the whole wheat flour from the same company and my bread is delicious and healthy. the whole wheat has more protein and fiber but mixes beautifully with the high gluten white flour.
