Organic Gluten-Free Sorghum Flour 4.3 5 4 4
A Gluten Free Staple in my House! I use this flour for all my gluten free baking needs! It is flavorful and a great value! April 5, 2013
four substitute I used this in my fabulous chocolate chip cookies along with the coconut flour. Taste great and healthy for my son who had NO idea that he was eating healthy food (difficult for a teenager). March 28, 2013
works for us I'm off wheat and other grains; so I have been trying alternates for my apple crisp recipe. This seems to hold together for the crumble part, where as coconut flour just falls apart and is grainy textured. So, would Love to buy some more but you don't have any! But great value, taste and price. thanks again Swanson, for having such a great product line. November 26, 2012
Dry brownies and cookies. This was my first experience at using this flour. I suppose it is fine for some things, but my personal experience for baking was not good. I made brownies and cookies and both were so terribly dry that I ended up throwing them out. Maybe I should have mixed the flours and not used this one exclusively -- I'm not sure. My husband noticed how dry the brownies were on the first bite. October 25, 2012
