Body Deodorant For Men
My husband and I both use this deodorant...except I use the women's. We both like it. it keeps a person dry and last a long time. Plus it is natural that is important to us. We will definitely purchase this product again.

Truly hypoallergenic for me
In my mid twenties (now in my mid sixties) I started to develop and itchy, raw underarm rash with any deodorant I could find. For 30 years I would occasionally go to health food stores to try and find something that wouldn't bother me, but never with any lasting success. Many deodorants said hypoallergenic, but they weren't for me. Strangely, I have no other allergies or skin issues.
About 10 years ago I discovered Crystal and suddenly a life long problem came to an end. I don't know if anyone else has the problem I had and if there are I don't know if this would work for them, but for me it was a wonderful discovery.
This is a deodorant and, for me, it works very well. It is not an antiperspirant. One or two of the reviews on this site referred to it as such, but it is not.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
I am very active, and I can sweat a bit. I have tried all sorts of deodorants and antiperspirants, but I always had stinky armpits. My fiancee uses the spray version of this, and suggested I give it go. I had no armpit odor the entire day. So I bought this stick version, and got the same results. I do however prefer the spray (but they don't sell it here), because you don't have to run it under a faucet before applying. That's not a problem with armpits, but it's awkward when you have to wet it before you apply to your feet (yup, it helps with my stinky feet too).
Side note: most mineral sprays use potassium alum. Most mineral sticks use ammonium alum. Both work great for me.

This is an excellent deodorant. I live in las vegas, and this product keeps me from smelling even on a very hot day. I use it on my feet as well and it's amazing how my feet have no bad odors even after wearing dress shoes and socks all day long. I would highly recommend this to everyone. It doesn't leave any brown stains on my shirts either, unlike most other "natural" deodorants I have used in the past, and one stick lasts much longer than an ordinary stick of deodorant.

I have used this product for years - and it works great - the only problem is that you have to apply it wet, so it takes a few seconds to dry. I work inside and have never noticed any wetness on my shirt. As far as odor control - it is GREAT. Recommend to everyone who wants a natural, and SAFE alternative to the other stuff out there.
It also works when I exercise.

Not for people who work out
I've been using this for the past 10 days. This is the first "natural" deoderant I have tried after years of using Degree. I like the natural concept but have to say the level of protection it provides is bare bones minimal. I work out at the gym about 4x/week and have found the odor levels to be off the scale with this compared to the Degree. I will try to reapply several times a day to see if that helps but that defeats the purpose not to mention the value of the product.

If you sweat heavily this is a very bad choice,i apply so much of it and it doesn`t last for 30 minutes,i bought it because it is free of the aluminum chlorohydrate,
It doesn`t even block odors.
Inconvenient to apply, you have to wet the applicator for that.

We had switched to natural deodorants about a year ago and were leery about this one. Most of the deodorants worked, but we also wanted something with an antiperspirant effect. As this is a natural aluminum salt, I felt better about using it than something from the chemical industry. I worked the first time and everytime. It has no scent, but it keeps me dry and odor free all day. I only have to apply it once in the morning. It's so economical too! The crystal lasts for months!
