Great Product , Great Value!
I like this product for its dosage of calcium and magnesium was recommended to me. If you have a magnesium defiency, I would highly recommend this product to you for other products on the market cost more to do the same thing!

It needs Vit D to be complete
Unless you are exposed to lots of sunlight this product is incomplete. However Country life delivers a product that does break down and easily adsorbed.

Cost of product
The very same brand and container,everything exactly was almost twice as much money as our local health food co-op. Now that's a savings!

While some members of my household find the pills are uncomfortably large, I have no difficulty with them. Effective - have used for many years.

Awesome product
I take this product with K2 and it is great. It has the right balance of Calcium / Magnesium in the right ratios and it works great. At this price it cannot be beat. Especially from a good company such as Country Life.

Good Value
I wa s looking for a supplement with only calcium and magnesium (other vitamins to aid in good absorption I already take). I ran into issues with another product (not from Swanson) that also added a big dose of B12 that I did not need. This product seems to be effectve and the price is right!

Country Life Target Mins Cal-Mag Complex
Country Life is simply the best! This calcium supplement is a no-brainer in that it is paired perfectly with the appropriate minerals for maximum absorption & their excellent source of calcium is proportioned to the "tee" inasmuch that the body can only assimilate 500mg. of calcium at one time. I don't have to think if I'm getting the maximum absorption of 1000mg. of calcium per day. As directed, I take one tablet in the morning/one at night.

Great value
These pills are large but it is a great form of calcium. It works great if you take one in the morning and one at night since your body cannot absorb more than 500mg of calcium at a time. Great value!

Large Pills
I keep coming back to this brand. The pills are large but you don't have to take as many to get your daily calcium. I've tried liqiud and there seems to be some additive I don't want in them so I will stick with what works.

Balance is Important
I started using this product many years ago. I needed to find a pure source of calcium that I could assimilate without any bad reactions since I do not use much dairy at all and my system was sensitive to calcium supplements. I also noticed that certain forms of magnesium gave me eye tremors.
So, I searched for the right blend of the best sources for both calcium and magnesium. When I tried this product, I could tell a big difference from all the others previously used. perfect!
This supplement contains both magnesium & phosphorus, which help to assimilate calcium . Also each tablet is 500 mg , so a person can take 500 mg two or three times per day to get the 1,000-1500 mg many people need. It's perfect.
I've used it for many years, but before I started buying it from Swanson I paid twice as much. This is a terrific bargain.

I find that when this product is used with vitamin
D3 it really helps change the body's ph from acid to alkaline. I suspect that over an extended period of time and eating good foods, my body will remain alkaline.
