Best Omega supplement I've tried This is the only Omega supplement I have taken that had a definite improvement on my mood. I've tried other products but this one is hands down the best. Keeps me feeling positive. It's not a miracle cure but it does lay a great foundation. My only complaint is that fishy after-taste all Omega supplements leave you with. If they could eliminate that, this product would be perfect! December 21, 2012

Great quality at a great price I have been taking Country Life Omega 3 Mood for over a decade. Though I always dilligently research new products, I have found this to still be great quality for a great price (thanks to Swanson Vitamins pricing and promo discounts). I particularly like that this brand is derived mostly from "small" fish, which eliminates my concern about mercury found in larger fish. My favorite supplement I started taking Omega 3 Mood after reading research on the positive effects of high-EPA fish oils on mood. It has worked wonders for me. I like the calm, peaceful, positive way I feel when I take it & my mood definitely suffers if I ever forget to take it. A truly outstanding product at a very reasonable price.
