Dreadful taste
Stuck it out for three orders but just can not get use to the dreadful taste. I am purchasing another brand through this site and am hoping for better tasting
experience. Love everything else Swanson sells.

Flavor
Ghastly flavor, can't get accustomed to; will not be able to finish bottle. Can't comment fully on other qualities.

Great Product
This product has a great taste!! I finally found something that helps me sleep. I take a capful 1 hour before bed with 3mg of melatonin. I'm sleeping better than I have in 20 years. The melatonin alone helped, but not until I combined it with this product did I get real results. Also glad it is liquid and absorbed easier.

A Marvelous Supplement
One capful at bedtimes solves 3 problems at once; I sleep better, I get my daily dose of calcium, and it makes my bowel function regular. I think you can understand why I love this product so much. 3 problems that come with aging are solved.

Nasty taste
This product tastes absolutely horrible and is no bargain due to the amount needed to take each time. Will not purchase it again.

High potency
I love this product because it has 1,000 mg calcium to 500 mg. magnesium plus Vitamin D3. You only have to take a capful to get this amount! I recommend this liquid because it's a great way of getting a more easily digested form of calcium/magnesium.
I am a repeat customer for this product.
