Unfortunately this product was as good as some of the other calcium/magnesium liquid supplement. I probably will not buy it again.

works as recommende I take it before bedtime n am ready to go in the morning of course I also take probiotics n m very happy with this product have been taking it for 2yrs.now best brand out there

Great tasting, and a healthy way to get calcium + extras without the added animal protein and toxins. It's gritty like sand, which takes a bit to get past.

Seems to be a good calcium supplement
I recently started using this in my daily smoothies, along with some liquid vitamins. I'm careful about my vitamin and supplement selections, and this appears to be a good calcium supplement.

Discovered this product in my local health food store, and really like the ease and convenience of use, plus it tastes great. Swanson's price is unbeatable! So glad I can get it here.

THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CALCIUM
This is truly an outstanding product. The right formula in the easiest to use and utilize form. Excellent taste, too. Just more tabs and/or caps one doesn't have to swallow.

Works great! Tastes great!
I love having Calcium and Magnesium in the liquid form. It tastes great and to me is easier to digest than the pills which sometimes made me fell nausea.I find taking it at night helps me fall asleep. You just have to remember to shake the product well first. The only suggestion I have is that I wish that they would add zinc to the product.

Easy Way to Take Calcium
I have tried so many ways to take calcium and have always given up because it was just too difficult to take. The pills are huge and I had to take too many every day. The chews were OK, but hard to remember and had to take several times a day. This liquid is easy to take, tastes OK, and has all the calcium I need in one serving, although I try to split it into 2 servings a day.

So much better than pills
Love this stuff! I always had a hard time getting the calcium I need because the pills are so inconvenient -- 3-6 a day and they're usually huge! One capful of this is all you need. Tastes fine; not too chalky at all. I won't go back to swallong pills. Highly recommended.
