I haven't noticed anything significant about this product. I've only taken it for nearly a month so maybe I need to give it more time.

i believe this product helps the growth of my hair along w/ the other hair vitamin i use, its kind of diffucult to really know when u r using more than one product.u don,t know which one is causing the growth. but i trust its helping along w/ the other,thats why i,ll continue taking it,untill i see the full results,

Definitely improved my hair, skin and nails
My hair looks and feels thicker, my nails are much stronger and long and my skin is smoother, clearer and softer. I would never have believed a small tab could do so much.

After suffering for years with skin problems, I decided to try your biotin. I get wind-burn very easily, especially in winter. My hands would crack
and split. The biotin has put a stop to that problem.

I have taken 1000mcg as perscribed for a long time and have enjoyed compliments from my friends.
