Best Multi I have found I've been taking this for at least 2 yrs and it's the best Multi I have found for the price that has active forms of both B6 and B12. It's in capsule form which is a big plus for me. The only 2 small negatives are the low vitamin C dosage and you can only get a 60 count bottle. December 7, 2012
