Preferred Magnesium I wanted to review this product because I have tried another brand of magnesium which was in a softgel format and was 400 mg per softgel. I did not like the other because it really is not as good as this one. I like this particular product because it is in the 250 mg per tablet and so for me I can take 1 now and then others through out the day if necessary. It is effective. I can tell a difference in the way my body has become more normal during my time of the month. And I also sleep better because of the relaxing effect of the magnesium. I have heard from a source the chelated magnesium is the best for absorption. And I can tell that with this one. With the softgel that I tried it seems to just give me loose bowels too easily.
