Great for pills
Before receiving a bag of PillBuddy Naturals from my sister in law, my dog would get her daily pill in a piece of cheese stick. I would have to hold her mouth closed some days to make sure the pill went down with the cheese. But the PillBuddy Naturals are a treat to her! The pill sticks in nicely, stays in place, and she looks forward to it. No hand clamp over her mouth anymore! These pockets are a little sticky to handle, but I just let my other dog lick the remaining off my fingers!

Before using this as a pill hider I wanted...
my cat to think it was the best thing in the world. So I pulled one out and went to use it as a treat. Not only did was he utterly uninterested.. I put some in his food bowl for later (thinking.. maybe he isn't hungry...?) and he went on a hunger strike for 24 hours until I removed it!
That is how much he hated the stuff. I contacted the company direct since the main package was opened though the 29 other individually wrapped items were still sealed and good. The manufacturer didn't even reply to my query/request. Zip - nothing. So, no I would not recommend this.
My solution now is to grind up his preferred treats.. make a paste and stick whever it is he needs to get in the middle.

Nice Idea but...
The Good: This product is convenient for dogs that need to take daily medication. They are all natural and do not contain wheat or corn.
The Bad: My dog would not eat them. Pill Buddies smell like lawn fertilizer and have a very greasy feel to them (which is probably why they are individually wrapped).
My dog backed away from these with his tail between his legs. I did manage to get him to take a couple which he promptly discarded in the next room. I am glad I also bought my dog's favorite, Greenie Pill Pockets, just in case Pill Buddies were a flop.
