Have used this product for a couple of years. While it does not totally remove the sound of tinnitus, it definitely reduces the ringing/buzzing to be more tolerable.

Did not work for me
I tried this product based on some of the reviews I read. For me this product did not work. There was zero effect on my tinnitus.

good product
I have used only one bottle. Still my condition is same. I believe it shall be used continuously at least for three months to reach the final conclusion.
But I have switched to other product for the same ailment.

Worth a Try
I have used this product at the maximum dosage and it does seem to work. Will need to continue using it to clear up my issue completely.

Sure am glad to see that you carry this product! I understand it is a product that you remain on if it helps you and that it takes 6 weeks or so for it to be effective for most people. I look forward to recommending it to people.

This worked for me!
I have tinnitus that came overnight and of course tried to find relief. I tried several herbal remedies,vitamins combinations and teas. There are two items that has reduced the ringing appx 80%. The first was the Clear Tinnitus and the second was using L-Tryptophan to raise my Serotonin levels. Due to the increased Serotonin levels and using the Clear Tinnitus my tinnitus has greatly improved. I use both to regulate my tinnitus. I hope this will help someone.

I've had Tinnitus for about 8 years, and it had been getting louder, comparable in perceived decibels to say a room fan on high. I was starting to think Clear Tinnitus wasn't doing any good as I was at about 2/3 of a bottle and then last week I woke up one morning and .... silence. No ringing since then. So for me, at least, it works and I've had tinnitus for a long time.

worked for me
this product quickly helped quieten the noise. I could hardly fall asleep for the roaring sounds - this has happened for months. Finally relief.

The Best I've Found
My mother has tried many products available and has yet to find anything that works as well without having to spend a small fortune and/or sign up for a monthly shipment. She was desperate enough that she nearly tried a product that's sweeping the market. After doing some research, I convinced her to try Swanson first and was very happy she did.
It hasn't completely gotten rid of the tinnitus, but it's greatly improved and nearly gone.
Great price for the job it does.

Cheaper than brand names
I do not have ringing ears every day so, thought i would try them. Seems have have worked. Only using 1 per day since i do not have ringing daily.

disappointed
Tried two bottles using the max dose, ringing got worse (louder). I have two bottles left and I feel bad about it but I think I'll be returning them. Must say everything else I've purchased from Swanson has met my expectations.

Good product
This is the only 'Tinnitus" product that works for my husband to take the ringing out of his ears.
We have tried too many products to count, to relieve the ringing in his ears.
This is the only product that consistently works for us!!!!

very helpful
I told my son about this product and said to him I found this product and I think this will help you out a lot, he said "OK I'll try it" so I bought 4 of them for him he started using this as soon as he got it. I waited about a week or 2 and then asked him how it was working for him and he said "thanks mom this stuff is working and that it helped him and so I continue to buy it for him. He loves the product.

Great Product
I like this product and will not be without it. If I am without it, I can notice a difference. I noticed a difference after my 2nd bottle. Thanks Swansons for introducing me to this product!

Pretty good stuff
I have tried several tinnitus products with limited success. I've found that for me Clear Tinnitus twice a day with Swanson Ear Essentials once a day keeps the noise at a managable level.

Tinnitus Issues
I've had ringing going on three years and thought I would try "Clear Tinnitus". I purchased one bottle and it only lasted approximately 30 days, taking 2 tablets three times a day. So giving it the benefit of the doubt. I order two additional bottles to give it a six weeks trial which the mfr recommended. I was sure it did a whole lot until I completely ran out and since the harsh ringing has returned. Taking the tablets it appears to put the high pitch ringing at least in the background so when our grand kids squeal it doesn't send me into the next room and have to close the door. Since I ran out I now have to cover my ears very quickly or start running. :)

Didn't help at all - might have hurt
This did nothing for the ringing in my ears. Finished a whole bottle, and if there's any change, it's for the worse.
Plus the fine print says "don't take if you're on blood pressure medicine" and come on, who isn't?

not for me...
I used 5 bottles of this product hoping it would do something but it didn't. But, like all supplements, some people say they get tremendous benefits and their lives are changed and others get nothing. Hope it works better for you than it did me. At least Swansons will let you return it if you don't like it. I didn't return mine--not their fault it doesn't work, they only sell it.
