Super convenient I love that these tablets are smaller and easier to swallow. I take so many supplements and the big bulky tablets and capsules are such a pain to take and I hate when they make me gag! Equally great is the fact that this specific calcium tablet doesn't need to be taken with food, unlike the others I was on before. I can pop them on the way out the door regardless of whether I had breakfast and my body will still use the calcium. Good stuff! Worth the extra cost over other calcium tabs and still cheaper through Swanson than the drugstore I work in. May 20, 2013
