Made with Norwegian fish oil concentrate, Carlson Super DHA Gems deliver 500 mg of DHA in each serving. DHA and EPA are two of the most polyunsaturated fatty acids in our bodies. Omega-3s promote brain, vision, joint and cardiovascular health. DHA is a vital structural component of cell membranes in our brain and eyes, and it supports healthy cell signaling. Each Carlson Super DHA Gems soft gel delivers 1,000 mg (1 gram) of fish body oil from a special blend of Norwegian fish oils. 10 IU of natural vitamin E has been added, not only to protect the freshness of the oil, but to supply the body with the additional vitamin E it may need. Increased amounts of vitamin E are needed when polyunsaturated oils like DHA and EPA are consumed.

This product is regularly tested for freshness, potency and purity by an independent laboratory and has been determined to be fresh, fully-potent and free of detectable levels of mercury, cadmium, lead, PCBs and 28 other contaminants.
