KEY-E Suppositories are natural soothing inserts prepared with a base derived from coconut and palm oils. Each suppository supplies 30 IU of natural source vitamin E. Non-laxative. For rectal or vaginal use. Gluten free.

Ingredients: Coconut and palm oils hydrogenated & Natural-Source Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate and mixed tocopherols).

Directions: Remove foil by holding suppository with pointed end up and carefully separating foil tabs at tops with fingernail. Slowly pull apart by pulling tabs down on both sides. Remove suppository from wrapper. Insert one suppository as needed one or more times daily to soothe minor irritations. Non-laxative.

WARNING: Keep out of the reach of children. In case of rectal bleeding, consult a physician.

nice and easy My gyn recommended these saying they were like "internal handcream". I do wish that Carlson would replace the "hydrogenated oils" with another oil that solidifys at room temp such as coconut or a mixture of shea butter and cocoa butter or something. August 1, 2012
